Sources: Use this with the Surname Index index for more complete details on each person and source information. Spouses are listed under their Dunn*ck spouse. The children are listed with their parents then again, individually if their surname is Dunn*ck.. While most of the information has been carefully researched, some comes from many years ago and the original source and or author has been lost. Some of the information has also been donated without supporting data. The original "seed" information (John's will and information on the MD group) came my grandmother Ruby DUNNUCK NUSBAUM (1888-1962) . Sources include various OH, IN and IL censuses, two biographies on J.W. DUNNUCK written in 1878, a biography on Joshua from Ohio, the Dunnuck Family Bible which has been in the possession of Sue Haschemeyer (Webmaster) since 1975. Marriage records from IL, IN and OH. An on-line genealogy page created by - William A. Brobst of Kitty Hawk N.C. "Brobst/Probst Family History". Brobst is the source for the two Dunnicks who married the Brobst sisters. A special thanks to Susan Couch for transcribing the Ohio Biographical account on Joshua which was the proof of some of the family lore regarding Joshua's and Phebe's children. Information on the Steward line, and the existance of two unnamed infants, children of Joshua & Phebe, is from Roland & Karla Steward. Roland and Karla also donated three biographicals that they collected on a trip to Ohio, namely; Henton M. Dunnick, William Nothstine, Joash Cromley. Susan Steward contributed several spouse name on the Steward line. C. Rebecca "Becky" Block provided information on the George W. Ashbrook family and descendants. Information on the Elizabath Peters family was donated by Rebecca WEISS, and abstracted from the book the Historical Account of the Peters Family by June LUTZ 1986, pages 382-392. Photos of the family of Benjamin M. and Mary (Belong) Dunnick thanks to Jo Ann Mathis.
