Note: For years I thought Phebe's surname was Tallman and could never find her. It was my understanding that she and Dianah Tallman were related. In addition, not very many second wifes would name their first daughter after her husbands first wife. I could never find a Phebe Tallman who wed a Bell. This finally all makes sense but needs further proof.
