Jeremiah Vandemark - Husband of Diana A. (DUNNICK) widow of Abel Lloyd

note: Diana was spelled other places before her marriage to Jeremiah as Dianah, and Lloyd spelled Loyd.

Jeremiah was born April 16, 1815 in Franklin Co. OH, son of Daniel and Sarah Vandemark of Holland descent (grew of in OH) Jeremiah died January 18, 1887 Harrison Twp, Elkhart Co. IN.

Fall of 1836 with friends & of team to Terre Haute, IN - stayed 1 year

After leaving Terre Haute - several years in Fulton Co. IL - then back to OH.

In the spring of 1847 he settled in Kosciusko Co. IN lived in Harrison twp, section 32 -

Married #1 Miss Mary Hanson - March 1, 1838 Mary died Sept 23, 1850.

Children of Jeremiah and #1 Mary are:

John, Nancy A., Sarah E. and Mary J. all living at time of this publication. Daniel -(2nd son- d. April 29, 1854)

Married #2 Mrs. Diana (DUNNICK) Lloyd, . *March 20, 1852 - two sources.
But, her (obit has Mar. 20 1851)

Children of Jeremiah and #2 Diana are:

William A., // Cornelius (died Sept 17, 1856), // Elvira A.// Levi M. // Margaret R. // Linneous E. // and Rosa A.

After living in Franklin Twp for more than 20 years, they moved to Harrison twp. where he died (80 acres)
